๐Ÿ’ญ Financial goals:

Short term (1-5 years): Saving for a bigger home and a rainy day fund

Long term (10 years +): Full force retirement saving - maxing out my pension (great tax shield) and saving into a Stocks & Shares ISA; would love to retire early and work only 50% of the year

๐ŸŒŸ Best buy ever: My Oxford degree

๐Ÿ˜ณ Worst buy ever: A Celine handbag that turned out to be fake!

๐Ÿ‘€ Things you spend the most money on: Mortgage, food and shopping

๐Ÿ’ธ Salary / Income: ยฃ93,000

๐Ÿ’ฐ Net worth (what you own vs what you owe, or your assets minus your debts): ยฃ131,000

๐Ÿ’ป Any side hustles: Selling my old designer finds on eBay

๐Ÿ‘› Savings: Yes I'm trying to put away around half my salary as savings (pension and ISA)

๐Ÿ  Home: Yes, we have a small 1 bed that we bought 5 years ago

๐Ÿ”ฆ Debt: Some student debt (ยฃ8,000) from my undergraduate days

๐Ÿ“ˆ Investing: Workplace pension and Nutmeg

๐Ÿ˜Œ Pension: Yes, through my employer, and I've figured out that I can fund half of it through tax savings

๐Ÿ”ฎ Insurances: Only travel insurance through my credit card

โšก What is money for you? Freedom and pleasure
